Return policy & guarantees

Our priority is your satisfaction. In the event that any of our products do not fully meet your expectations, you will find below the details of our return policy.

Cancellation of order

All orders can be cancelled without charge within the hour. To do so, please send us an email at the following address: elo.cosmetic@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancellation of order N°XXX" .

After this period, no cancellation will be possible.

Return

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Consumable products after opening the packaging
To complete your request, please send us the associated invoice.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

To return a product to us, please first contact us by email at elo.cosmetic@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as possible.

We also point out that the return costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded.

Furthermore, we advise you, for products with a value of more than 50 euros, to proceed to a tracked shipment and to insure it against loss. Unfortunately, we will not be able to follow up on your request in case of non-receipt of the product.

Exchange

Exchanges are only possible in the event of defects or damage to the products received. We will send a new product (identical to the one ordered). To do so, contact us via the form and we will answer you as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If the shipment is correct, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or depending on the method of payment used.

We also specify that, if applicable, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
